Product Description
Wafer-type handle-operated butterfly valves are compact, lightweight valves for flow control in pipelines. Their wafer body fits between flanges without bolts, saving space. A manual lever handle rotates a disc (stainless steel or coated) 90° to open/close flow, with a resilient seat (EPDM/PTFE) ensuring tight sealing. Ideal for water treatment, HVAC, and chemical systems in low-to-medium pressure/temperature applications (PN10/16, ≤120°C). Advantages include cost-effectiveness, easy installation, and quick manual operation. Compliant with ISO 5752, API 609, or EN 593 standards. Suitable for clean fluids but not recommended for abrasive or high-pressure environments.
