Y-Strainers are one of the most crucial elements on installation systems which protects the valves, pumps, mete rs ,control valves and other installation elements by filtering unwanted solid contaminants like the d ust , mass particles and residue from the liquid, gas or steam lines by means of a perforated or wire mesh based straining element. The advantage offered by Strainers is that due to the compact construction, they can be employed where there are space constraints and where a strong structured strainer is required.

- With the discharge nut located on the cover part. easy to clean when needed. Ball valve attachment on discharge nut is Optional
- By removing the cover part, screen mesh filter can be replaced
- The mesh size is precisely selected in order to be used in wide range of applications. In addition maintains a lower pressure loss. Filter mesh sizes can be changed upon request on volume based orders
- Painted internally and externa lly by e p8oxy painting
- Magnetic rod attachment can be applied on cover part when filtration of metallic particles are needed
- Hydro-static test pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 , for shell: PN x 1.5 according to EN 12266-1.
