Testing
▪ Body Strength Test: Conducted in accordance with BS EN 12266-1 at 1.5 times the nominal pressure rating (PN).
▪ Seat Tightness Test: Ensuring a tight seal, tested as per BS EN 12266-1 at 1.1 times PN.
ISO 5208 Rate A certified for impeccable performance.
▪ Pressure Testing in compliance with BS EN ISO 5208 standards.

Features
• Built with a two-piece ductile iron body and a full bore design, ensuring uncompromised flow.
• Equipped with a floating seat, spherical seat, floating ball, and adaptive sealing. Its fireproof design makes it ideal for fire protection systems.
• Featuring a symmetrical valve seat design, the valve supports non-directional switching, installation, sealing, and pressure.
• Incorporates a wear-resistant bushing design on the valve stem, ensuring low torque and extended durability. The self-tightening upper seal prevents leakage under high pressure conditions.
• The upper flange conforms to the ISO5211 standard.
• The ball undergoes solution treatment or hard chrome plating for superior material stability and surface wear resistance, thereby enhancing sealing efficiency and extending product lifespan.
• A positioning lock design on the handle facilitates easy installation.
