General Application
Our Flow Control Valve is a sophisticated solution designed to prevent excessive flow by managing it to a preselected maximum rate, irrespective of fluctuations in line pressure. This diaphragm valve operates with precision, as the pilot control reacts adeptly to the differential pressure created by an orifice plate located downstream of the valve.
Achieve unparalleled precision in flow control with our valve, as even the slightest changes in the controlling differential pressure trigger immediate corrective actions by the main valve. Fine-tune the flow rate effortlessly by adjusting the screw on the pilot.
Featuring an expertly designed orifice plate and holder, this component should be strategically installed one to five pipe diameters downstream of the valve for optimal performance.
To ensure precise control over the flow rate, we offer a selection of orifice plates with various holder options tailored to each size. Please refer to the supplementary table for detailed orifice selection guidance.
