Product Description

The 300X slow-closing check valve consists of main valve, one-way valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro-filter and pressure gauge. Using hydraulic automatic operation, the main valve can get the best opening or closing speed. To prevent the water hammer from hitting, we can achieve the effect of slow closing and silencing.

This product uses hydraulic self-control, does not need other devices and energy, easy maintenance, open and slow shut smoothly.

This series of valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.

Working principle

When the valve feeds water from the inlet, the water enters the main valve control room through a micro filter, a needle valve and a one-way valve, and then drains downstream through a ball valve. Because the needle valve opening is less than the ball valve opening, that is, the main valve control room drainage speed is greater than the water intake speed, so the control room pressure reduces, acting on the lower end of the main valve disc inlet pressure open the main valve downstream water supply.
