General Application
The Flow Control Valve is meticulously engineered to prevent excessive flow by maintaining a consistent, preselected maximum rate, irrespective of fluctuating line pressures. It utilizes a diaphragm valve with a pilot control that reacts to the differential pressure created across an orifice plate installed downstream of the valve.
Our design ensures precise control, as even the slightest variations in the controlling differential pressure prompt an immediate, corrective response from the main valve. Adjust flow rates effortlessly by turning and fine-tuning the adjustment screw on the pilot.
The valve is equipped with an orifice plate and holder, which should be strategically installed one to five pipe diameters downstream of the valve for optimal performance.
To ensure precision in flow rate control, a selection of orifice plates with varying hold options is available for each size. Refer to the additional table for the ideal orifice selection.
The series of automatic control valves serve as Basic Valves, offering hydraulically driven solutions for pressure, flow, and level control applications, delivering seamless performance.
