Industrial Application Water Tank Level Control Floating Valve Pricing
General Application:
The Float Control Valve is a precision-engineered, non-modulating valve that ensures accurate liquid level management in
tanks. This valve is meticulously crafted to fully open upon reaching a preset low liquid level,
and close with a drip-tight seal when the liquid reaches a predefined high point.
The Float Pilot can be installed remotely within a reservoir or integrated with the main
valve. Both the high and low points are adjustable on-site, with a maximum adjustment distance
of 0.5 meters. For greater adjustments, please consult the factory.
Our series of automatic control valves serve as Essential Valves, offering hydraulically
driven solutions for pressure, flow, and level control applications.
Features:
· Top and seat ring guided stem and diaphragm assembly ensure longevity and reliability.
- All iron components are fusion epoxy-bonded for optimal corrosion resistance.
- Simplified maintenance allows for servicing without removing the valve from the main line.
- Nylon-reinforced diaphragm guarantees extended service life and drip-tight shutoff.
- The globe design offers exceptional control characteristics.
- Robust ductile iron bodies provide enhanced strength and durability.
- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel seat and disc retainer ring.
- A variety of pilots and accessories are available for configuration in diverse
applications.
- Special V-Port and double chamber options are available; please consult the factory.
- Compliant with standards BS EN 1074-5, ISO 5208, BS EN 12266-1, and BS EN 558-1.
