General Application
The Flow Control Valve excels in preventing excessive flow by limiting it to a preselected maximum rate, irrespective of fluctuating line pressure. With the precision of a diaphragm valve, the pilot control responds to the differential pressure generated across an orifice plate situated downstream of the valve.
Assured accuracy is achieved through swift adjustments in controlling differential pressure, prompting immediate corrective action from the main valve. Adjust flow rates effortlessly using the pilot's adjustable screw.
Featuring an orifice plate complete with a holder, the valve requires installation one to five pipe diameters downstream to function optimally.
For ensuring precise flow rate control, various optional orifice plates are available for each valve size. Refer to the additional table for selecting the appropriate orifice.
