General Application
The Flow Control Valve expertly regulates excessive flow by maintaining it at a preselected maximum rate, unaffected by varying line pressure. Utilizing a diaphragm valve, the pilot control responds swiftly to the differential pressure created across an orifice plate located downstream of the valve.
Guaranteed precision in control is achieved as even minuscule changes in differential pressure trigger immediate adjustments in the main valve. Adjust the flow rate easily using the pilot's screw mechanism to ensure optimal performance.
This valve is designed with an orifice plate and holder that should be strategically placed one to five pipe diameters downstream for maximum effectiveness.
For precise flow rate management, choose from several orifice plates with varying hold options for each size. Refer to the additional table for the best orifice selection tailored to your needs.
