WALTER Model NRGV Resilient Seated Gate Valve is a soft seal disc which is fully encapsulated with rubber. The valve is designed with new technology for light operating, no clogging and no corrosion, good resilient memory & long service life. It can be used extensively in all kinds of water supply & sewage, fire-fighting and function as a shut-off or regulating valve.
1) Design Standard : BS5163, DIN3352, AWWA C509/515 or Custom made
2) Testing Standard: EN1226-2, DIN 3230, ISO5208
3) Pressure Testing : Body : 1.5 X PN; Seal: 1.1 X PN
4) Size Range: DN 40 - 600 .
5) Body & Bonnet: GGG 50 ( EN-GJS 500 -7)
6) Wedge: GGG 50 + EPDM
7) Stem: SS420
8) Bolts: Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel
