General Application
The Flow Control Valve is expertly engineered to curtail excessive flow by maintaining flow at a predetermined maximum rate, regardless of fluctuations in line pressure. Featuring a sophisticated diaphragm valve, the pilot control is responsive to the differential pressure generated across an orifice plate, which is strategically positioned downstream of the valve.
Exceptional accuracy in flow control is guaranteed, as even the slightest variation in differential pressure triggers immediate corrective actions by the main valve. Fine-tune the flow rate effortlessly by adjusting the screw on the pilot.
Integrated within the valve is an orifice plate complete with a holder that should be installed at a measured distance of one to five pipe diameters downstream for optimal performance.
Ensuring precise flow rate control, a variety of optional orifice plates are available for each valve size. Refer to the supplementary table to select the appropriate orifice.
