Product Description
WALTER MRGV Metal Seated Rising Stem Gate Valves are primarily designed for flow isolation of a length ofpipeline or piece of equipment. and for use in water, waste water, and sewage as well as heating & marineapplications lt uses a ductile iron gate that houses brass or bronze rings makes it possible to be used bi-directionalland provide a watertight seal, and the metal valve seat is resistant to high temperatures in the medium and willnot deform during long periods of compression, this ensures stable and reliable operation over the long life spanof the valve.

Features:
-Body & Cover are made of high grade Ductile lron.
-With Full Bore design, ensures minimized pressure loss and increased energy efficiency
-Precisely machined brass/bronze seats on the wedge assures tight closure
-Maintenance-free and corrosion-resistant multi stem O-rings ensures higher durability
-Bidirectional use. Possible to install on horizontal and vertical pipelines with varied flow directions.
-Both inside & outside are coated with epoxy resin powder. FBE powder epoxy coating is optional
-Hydro-static test pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 , for shell: PN x 1.5 according to EN 12266-1.
