WALTER BJGV Model Bellow Seal Globe Valve is a specially designed valve for use in industries that handle hazardous media.Even a minor leak can be fatal. Therefore, valves used in such pipelines and systems have certain stringent leakage and sealing requirements. Bellow Seal Globe Valve is operated as a barrier between fluid and the air. At the same time, the valve can prevent fluid leaking to the air and guarantee zero leakage of pipelines.
• The ductile Iron body, high load capacity and small head loss, other materials are also available on request.
• Corrugated pipe is made of high quality stainless steel material, forming process optimization, waveform, wall thickness uniform, all welded, reliable performance, long life.
• The disc sealing surface is formed by high frequency welding. The disc is aged and its performance is stable.
• Double valve cover gasket, valve cover gasket adopts top-down double gasket design to ensure the reliability of sealing.
• Graphite-filled signs provide dual stem seal functions: one is to provide emergency seal requirements in case of bellows failure and the other is to ensure pressure seal in the valve cover in case of sudden changes in medium temperature.
• The valve stem nut is forged with high quality carbon steel, black surface treatment and high strength. Long service life.
• Hydro-static test pressure for seat: PN x 1.1 , for shell: PN x 1.5 according to EN 12266-1.
